There seems to be confusion as to which company made this beautiful piece of semi flow blue, an 1880s Avon Ware company or a 1930s Avon Art Pottery company.
Anyone able to provide original documentation of the pattern to show which?
What it says is Avon Ware in blue, and incised is Bootes.
