    Purchased with ten other items at a school bootfair nice plate does anyone know the maker or I will look it up later. Shimazu clan meji satsuma thousand faces plate 1850-1900, maker unknown but I will look it up later unless someone knows off hand.

      Check out the Satsuma marks here:
      http://gotheborg.com/marks/satsuma.shtml#introduction

      I can't read them well. But I think they might be Japanese.
