Sheaffer's pen statuette

This is a vintage Sheaffer's pen in-store promo statuette I picked up some years ago, trying to find out more about it, from the clothing on the figures it would be 1920s-1930s. Anyone have an idea of it's value or rarely?

I don't see any others online.
