Connecticut Watch Co. May be the Dollar watch. CT Watch Co.
"Connecticut Watch Company was a name that the Robert H Ingersoll & Bro.Co. sold watches under. They were identical to Ingersolls, sometimes using the same model names. This name was exclusively used for the sale of what Ingersoll called " scheme" watches, which were watches purchased from Ingersoll to be used as promotionals, private label watches, and various advertising labels that Ingersoll produced for a variety of companies from 1900 or so on into the 1920's."
You can contact this forum Winner watches are modern, so not sure about the Winner label.

Elgin had a movement serial number that same number. This movement looks totally different, though.

WQ Look up the watch case serial number. You know - we can't read minds or see pictures that aren't clear./ Anytime you are looking fo0r info - the MORE information you can give the better.
I sell a lot of crap online. I was ALWAYS rto to include as many pictures as possible, but describe the item as if you have none, ortr the buyer is blind.
You can google your illinois watch case serial number as easily as anyone else can.
Here's a similar case, but since I can't read the number not sure. But it's Elgin Illinois Watch co. Many movements were inserted in these.

You want to know when your watch was made - it would be on or about the last patent date.
Illinois watch CO. serial nos.
