CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS FOR, WHAT IT IS CALLED, WHO MADE IT, WHEN? I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO CALL IT TO LOOK IT UP! THE ONLY OPENING IS THE BEAK PART OF THE BIRD, APPEARS TO ME TO BE HAND BLOWN. ABOUT 8" TALL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
