Reed & Barton ladle I acquired from my great-grandmother

I was just really trying to find out if this is something that I should Treasurer be on just sentimental value because it was my great-grandmother's. I know that you do not allow appraisals on this website and I'm not trying to get one I just simply want to know if this is something I should hold on to? The engraving on the back says Reed and Barton 1890 and that's all I know.
