    These were my grandfathers. I have no idea what they are used for or how old they are. They. Have a rubber closer to hold the handles together. Does anyone know anything about them? Or the age ?

      Had something like that on the farm with a curved Blade -- used them for Pruning shrubs, or Rose bushes. Maybe the 1950's or so.....?

      So pruning Shears ??

      this type of pruner is called a 'snip' and is used for roses and cut flowers.
