Bought this today. The frame is really nice with anti reflective glass in it. The drawing looks like pencil or charcoal with watercolor. It is titled Paris Montmartre Place du Tertre and I cant quite make out the artists name.

The artist is Janicotte. There were many prints of this done. I am looking for an edition that has the same handwriting in the title.

Of all of the ones I have seen the foliage has been a bright green whereas this one as more of a mute green, also some other colors that are there on other examples are not present on this one. But some other colors look as vibrant as ever. The framing is quite nice on this, I may end up re-purposing it for another piece. It has the anti reflective UV glass in it.
