I am new to collecting and need a little help. I found this at a yard sale. Is this Murano and if so what year?

Yes, definitely Murano. We've seen a few go through the CW in the last few weeks. Do a CW Murano Ashtray search and they will probably come up. Two were red with silver aventurine, where yours is brown with silver aventurine.

yes Murano art Glass, Classic Design. I have some too -- and with a label on them. From around the 1960's era +/- . They were ashtrays originally, now we just call them bowls
