Hello,
Here is a castor set I have had for a while now and the closest I have come to some kind of ID is that is most likely Bohemian. The last picture that shows the peaches (I think that's what they are) in a picture frame (that's what I call it) anyhow, on each castor there are 3 of those "picture frames" each with a different type of fruit.
Since I could only put 4 pictures in the post I didn't put the picture of them in the stand. I do not believe the stand is original to these bottles at all.
Each castor is engraved beautifully and they are each blown glass with some cutting as well. The stoppers are cut as you can tell.
These do not glow under black light so I am assuming this is Flint Glass?
If you need to see more pictures I have a lot of them.
Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated. Even a direction to look towards would help.
Thank you all so much.
Tracy
Is there any mark on metal covers? Inspect them carefully with magnifying glass. If it`s silver we might identify the country of origin.
Hi Ivan, Yes there is a mark on one of the covers. I apologize for not adding that information. Is there a way I can add more pictures as I can not figure out what the letters are. It looks like a L or G in cursive then #'s 6799. At least that's what I think but Lord knows that is probably not correct.
