I've never seen patterned glass like that, but it looks 1950s/1960s.

      Not a CHANCE product ???

I was wondering if it could be:

~ Georges Briard serving plate ??
      ~ Culver Glass Tray ??
~ or even Chance Glass ............??

      Those are my guesses

thank you Kevin, antiquerose, and Nevada! it does look something like Chance glass, but more interesting than the others i saw online - imo! i don't think it's Georges Briard, because the gold is inside the glass, not just applied to the surface.

reminds a little of the east german glass pieces like these

on closer inspection, i think the gold is on the surface of the glass. the gold on the rim overlaps, so i don't think it's Chance, but the german company looks like it might be correct.
