      It's African, a traditional beaded panel made by the Yoruba of Nigeria.

      Here's a completed auction for a similar one on eBay: 141916269859

      Thank you. That's great. I've had it hanging with a few other items ive collected that are definitely not African. I will rearrange accordingly.
