This little guy was left on my car several years ago in a restaurant parking lot. It gave my wife the creeps. But I kept it anyway. Anyone know anything about this? Looks hand made, and has little nails at the pivoting joints.

      Is that voodoo?

I think he is just tramp art. No hoodoo. I'd have kept him and made up a whole story about him. More pictures would have been nice. He moves? Did he come with the bench?

I believe its St Sebastian. Offer him tobacco, and some alcohol.

St. Sebastian? Patron saint of soldiers, athletes, and those who desire a saintly death?

LOL! How do you reach that conclusion?

His clothes are made out of old suit material. He's smoking a stogie. I KNOW WHO HE IS!

      Snidely Whiplash!

"Snidely Whiplash is the main antagonist of the Jim Ward cartoon Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties. He is a stereotypical villain with a tall black top hat and cape and a long nose and mustache."

Looks like Father Guido Sarducci from Saturday Night Live.

OR! He could be John Astin's Gomez Addams! He ALWAYS wore a pinstriped suit.

I did say "I believe" I have one, when I lived in San Francisco, years ago. It wasn't to uncommon to find him in apartments/homes on a shelf, or little altar. You would offer him tobacco, and alcohol as an offering.

Never heard of that and I was born in San Francisco -lived there off & on with my grandmother until 1981, who was born there in 1897 (First generation Irish). Maybe it was in Homage to the Serbian Sebastian? Or maybe it was some inside joke that got around.

Still looks like an Obeah doll to me.
