Looks like it could be fed a bottle-- Maybe a Dy-Dee doll like a Betsy-Wetsy??
I think you are right she could hold a bottle in her moth, but luckily the mouth is closed at the throat and no mess comes out the other end. I might have to check and see if there are any baby bottles around.

I found a small pacifier that reads "Tiny Tears" and it fits in her mouth - not sure if it belongs with her or not...
I updated the picture of her.
Eegee did not make the Tiny Tears doll . Yours is a drink and wet doll from late 60's-70's. Eegee did not generally make high quality dolls , She resembles "Softina doll"

Since she was not wearing a diaper I didn't think she could be a drink & wet, but you might be right...
