Anyone know what this is who made it? What it was for?
Found it at my uncle's house and we are going through and organizing it for an estate sale.. Thank you for your time and any info!

The dolls are contemporary items from Peru, called a Chancay burial dolls, patterned after a pre-Columbian design. They are popular souvenir items from Peru.
The basket is covered with coco fiber from the Philippines (via Michaels, JoAnns, or a similar craft supply shop) and what appears to be pieces of leather and fragments of a Turkish kilim.
The whole thing is likely a fantasy item, an assembled craft object. It doesn't represent any specific tribe, and doesn't contain anything Native American.
