A Brown Diamond Pattern Amber Bottle

Hello again, I bought this bottle for 2 australian dollars at the St Vincent second hand store in piccones edmonton. I do not know the history behind it and if I can get help that will be greatly appreciated. People within the store were fighting over this item but they didnt see the other pair of the same bottle just sitting behind the other pottery and bottles. I picked it up and it had 2dollars on it and bought it. They didnt seem to be happy when I left with the bottle. But there was a bottle collector who followed me out and said to me to look into the history of these bottles. Can someone help me please.
