This is satin glass with a painted decoration. The brushmanship is excellent, if a little worn with age. Clearly it has been used and washed but miraculously neither part is damaged.
I have no idea of the country of origin let alone the maker.
Diameter 15 cm./6 inches

Reminiscent of striped design by M. Powolny and tango glass. Very popular decor widely reproduced, some with glass bands, some painted.
