Unfortunately , over the last month, I had to attempt to clear out my parents house. After 84 years, so much "stuff" was collected.
A lot of it, no doubt as some of you all understand, was just family memories and useless stuff.
All the important things were relocated and shared.
I found this unexpected treasure behind a pile of books on an old shelf.
Never having seen it before, I was quite excited.
About 10cm high and 5cm wide, it's a lovely colour and design.
I trust you enjoy as much as I did discovering treasures my parents took custody over. They will all stay in the family.
You have this in a lovely colour. It was designed by Vladislav Urban in 1968 and made at Rosice. The design was also made as a vase, a jardiniére and an ashtray, as was the custom at the time.
That's some great information. Many thanks for your comments sklo42
