This Welz vase is in the well known décor called 'Vertical Lines'. That said I'd never seen this décor in this combination of colours before. However the seller's photos disclosed the tell-tale raised ribs behind the vertical lines that you get with this décor.
I think it is the same shape as the Welz 'Crocus' vase I posted previously. Each has a cut rim and I think this one was simply cut lower down. See image four.

They are the same shape. But they are different from the group I sent you. That group has a small foot on it. I did not notice that when I looked before. A new shape in known décors!! Nice!!
