    Eagle treasure hunter made by teknetics inc. and need help cant seem to find it on the internet, iam looking for a manual and schematics t it will not pick up or sound.

      I went though that and there was no sound and when i turn it on the needle moves but when move over an item it does not move, do you now how to check the coil.

      You have a very early Teck, it was one of the first that George Payne produced when he left Whites. Check with Kellyco to see if they have a manual for it, if not check on one of the metal detecting forums. If all else fails give Keith Wills a call at East Texas Metal Detectors. http://www.brokendetector.com/ he is a guru on these old teck's.
      These are sought after detectors and worth the effort to get it working.

      Just an afterthought, the battery packs and clips in these things are terrible and most of the time need replacing, they are tricky to do, I have replaced many, but sending it to Keith would be your best bet.
