Possible glass in center with a gold inlay. Also some kind of marble or title around outer edge and the top of the wood.
With center gold inlay.
It appears that there may be missing a bottom rack because there is four small opening on the inside of all four legs.
Unsure of history, maybe the year made and if it was made in the U.S. Or
Spainish style, England or France.
