figurine marked on inside "Made in Italy T-7" appears to be male seated on tree trunk with dog resting on knee. Medium Sized maybe approx. 10 inch tall. Note ornate leaf on base. What breed of dog? Who made this? What time era? Where made?

Not possible to tell you who made it since it lacks a maker's name.
Not possible to tell you where in Italy it was made, for the same reason.
Could be mid-century. Could also be earlier.
      What breed of dog? Seriously?
The ornate leaf on the base doesn't have any significance in regard to identification.
There is not another porcelain figure like this posted in Google Images, I am afraid this will remain a mystery unless there is another person on CW who owns one of these decorative statues and knows it's history.
