    From the mid 1970s this is White Mountain Apple Parer Corer and Slicer. It is made by White Mountain Freezer Inc. They are still around today and make ice cream makers.
    This one is missing one of three tines on the fork but otherwise is mint. It may not be vintage but at 40 years old is not exactly new. I should be able to find a doner to replace the missing tine.

      This is probably the tool our current Chinese made suction cup parer is modelled on. Nice box too.
