Oak mission chair

Can anyone help me identify the maker or age of this chair the seat has original light brown Naugahyde? Seat cover under my cowhide also the blue stamp under the seat which I cannot make out but it looks like it was made in New Orleans la I bought 2 of these chairs from a very active 95 yr old woman who said it was her mothers and she was selling everything and moving to California lol but she didn't have any information on the chair only she had had it for as long as she could remember I loved the look of the chairs they reminded me of school teacher chairs so I bought them before I even knew where I would put them but I had to have them love love love them hope someone can help if not I still love them ????
