My first impressions of this pendant was Bernard Instone, but now I have doubts. Looking at some of the leaves on the pendant they do look like Bernard Instone, but the acorn and what look like a oak leaves and a type of flower at the top have made me think again, that's not to say that it isnt his work, I would like to have a second or third opinion. It is a wonderful faceted cut citrine in a tear drop shape which is encased in silver leaves, these pendants were very popular with the art and craft movement during the 1920-30s. The usual thing no markings of any kind.
Many thanks for looking.
This is grand!
Brilliant workmanship! [;>)
That's a real BEAUTY!!!!
No idea, but I love it very much!
Thank you Bonnie, NevadaBlades, Scott and Kyra for your comments, this is indeed a great necklace and it's just the right size to not be OTT.
Hi Jewels1900, I'm glad you think the same, can I ask you why you think it's him?
Hummm that sounds interesting?
