What is This Mid Century Light Projection Light Heat Lamp ?????

HELP
What kind of lamp is this?? I was at a sale and just thought cool I will take it. You know do some research and that should be that, well have not found a thing on this.
What is odd is it is 250V 13A Fused Plug by Holageo.
Small bulb with some sort of filament on the inside of the orange shade, what type of metal maybe aluminum? non magnetic.
Stands roughly 13 1/2" high
Diameter of the shade is roughly 8"
Plug appears to be for 220
No markings anywhere on this.
I will take apart and add those pics if needed.
Any thoughts?
