JC Higgins boys and girls bikes

Late 50's early 60's boys and girls JC Highins bicycles. My grandfather passed and these were in the basement. Could anyone provide estimated value on these? I had a gentlemen the tell me $50 for blue and $150 for red but I thought they were worth more as they are both in good condition.
