    Hello,

This is another car boot sale purchase and I was hoping someone could help me with some additional information.
The set appears handpainted and has an irridescent glaze, stamped with a made in japan, handpainted stamp.

It appears to be vintage and not a great paint job but still rather cute.

    Thank you.

This is called lusterware. It was popular from 1940s to 1960s. It is wonderful that you found a teapot/coffeepot set
