This was my father in laws desk when he was a youngster..it was given to him by his father. Which i beleive came from his father. It measures 42 inchs high..15 inces in depth and 30 inches wide. It was covered in paint when i got it. My mother in law painted it when my husband was old enough to use it...not sure if it was man made or a production piece.
Has anyone ever seen one like this? Does anyone know what era or year it would be from??
Add some more pictures/ orient them and I will be happy to take a look.
Some details like the drawer joints and the back will often show the true age.
