This was too beautiful to leave in the thrift shop. The point unscrews and the base can be removed. Diameter is 5.5 inches. Since it has a common screw, rather than a crosshatch, in the base then maybe that's a clue to it's age.
I examined it for a name, but there isn't one. No matter.
Now I need a bronze candle...lol!
