This an 11" Loetz Witwe Ausf 157, Cir mid 1920's. The original shapes and color combinations were designed by Michael Powolny but Loetz made many other shapes and color combinations after the fact (so I would not call this a Powolny) The application is called a vertical application although the pattern (probably) never had rods applied vertically. I'm guessing the rods were assembled into a star shape and the glass balloon was pressed onto the rods (looking now like an umbrella) then the rods were folded down and the piece was put into a mold... etc
This color combination is periwinkle blue with lime green- an intense combination!!
You truly have splendid Pieces of art Glass !!! This vase is WOWSER STUNNING !!
