Mid Century Green Wood Chairs

I got these 2 beauties 3 days ago at my local thrift store. One of the chairs has the springs popping out the bottom, well 3 springs. How do I fix that problem ?
Also does anybody know if these are from Palm Springs Ca. or where once in a Hotel there or something.
