From an old pharmacy. Don't know much about it. Seal has never been broken. Not sure about the history of the company who made it.

I didn't find a single thing on the net about the bourbon, only the company:

Medicinal Alcohol became very popular in Prohibition but existed before and after it, as your example shows. Alcohol has always been a 'medicine'.
