Does anyone know anything about this type of casting rod. I found it at an antique mall but can't find any information on it and it is not marked as to any model or maker. The rod blank is a hollow brass and the eyes are a nice nickel or sliver. It seem to be a high end rod in very very good condition. I think it might be from the late 1940's or early 1950's.
The eyelet wraps are a red type thread and are also excellent. Notice the star in the cast aluminum handle. The handle looks like the grips on a revolver. If anyone has any information it would be highly appreciated.
I collect Orchard rods and I've seen thousands of different casting rods but never one like this. Please help if you know anything.
