Help identifying for 4-H project!

We have 2 tables that are almost identical, one is the sofa table and the other one is the parlor table that has an octagon top. Both of these tables have the same circles, same leg, exact same wood and style. No one that we've talked to has any information on them, took them to a antique shop and they thought maybe late 20's, early 30's. My daughter refinished the small one in 2012 for 4-H and then we found the sofa table this year so she is refinishing that one also to match. It would be nice to have some info to include for her project write-up. Thanks!!
