This beautiful drawing was done on Feb. 2, 1965. The drawing measures 14.5" x 20". No idea of the location other than it is in Holland.

I think the city on the drawing is Roermond in the south of the Netherlands. The bridge is called Maria Theresiabrug en de church is called Sint-Christoffelkathedraal
Nowadays the view on the city have alot similarities but not 100% the same. A few things have changed over the years.
mp.kunst - I will check that out. Roermond isn't far from me. I live in Sweikhuizen.
