This is hand blown with a rough pontil mark in orange and white spatter with late Victorian / Jugendstil enamelled flowers. The rim is fire-polished and the entire thing quite unusual. So my best guess would be North Bohemia, blank made by a manufacturer for decoration by another house. I *think* that's as far as I can go at the moment. Over to you guys!

It could have been produced any year from 1890-1930???
