Fabulous English flow blue dishes with gold detail.

Two superb flow blue dishes with gold detail, just beautiful. The rim is scalloped and there is raised detail of swags and flowers. One dish has a chip underneath but this does not show on the surface. Both dishes are highly decorative and display beautifully.
The makers mark is blurred and I have struggled to establish the potter. Definitely made in England. I have tried very hard to decipher the back stamp but have still failed to read the makers name.
