Hi I came across these two figurines in a charity shop. Would love to know more about them and who made them.
The one stood up is approx 5.5" and is carrying something in her right hand. The base is clay but dont know what material the figure is.
The one sat down I thought was a mermaid ?? and is also holding something in her hand. On her chest are 8 circles incised. She's sat on a cork base which I took off and it has symbols incised on her.
When you look at them at different angles they transform and you see allsorts such as faces, creatures etc.
On the last picture took of the "mermaid" upside down, might be me, but i can see a mans face looking over the top.
Any help would be appreciated I love them.
