    I came across item at an estate sale. Its some kind of certificate for a designated Plot of land from 1967. It looks pretty official, it even has a "Common Seal of Buckland & Greenwood Limited" seal on it. Looks like it was also purchased for $10.00 in 1967. If anyone knows anything about it, it would be very helpful. Thank you.
