Not a Railroad Approved watch, but sorta neat piece to carry. Nothing really special, a cheaper watch for consumer market to attract "Rail Road" buffs

Any ideas when it was made. Waltham watch co signature on the movement is very small idk when they did that

      To add to Kerry's comment:
Every watch "movement" that Waltham produced was engraved with an individual serial number. That number can be used to estimate the date of production.

Waltham continued to manufacture watches until 1957. The rights to the name "Waltham Watch Company" were sold to various companies who continued to sell imported watches using the Waltham name.

This watch likely has no relationship to the original Waltham other than the name.
