All of these items were purchased a one estate sale on Friday morning. It was located about 10 minutes from my house. The folks had very nice art work that was out of my price range. So I purchased only small inexpensive things. All of the art books were 1.50 each and some are signed by the artists.Theres a old pattern glass dish with an Indian finial .The little figurines are all Royal Copenhagen and Bing and GrondahlThere is a 1930s silver Kroner coin set and some heavy Mexico bracelets and the large and heavy vanity tray as well. The whole lot was 110.00
Love the glass dish with cover!!!
the covered compote is the 'Pioneer' pattern by Gillinder & Sons c1879; more widely recognized by the AKA of 'Westward Ho'. The form has been reproduced and recognizable from the detail of the head and plumes.
Thanks for all the loves and information !!!!
