This art nouveau candle holder was bought by Sergio, as most of our metal objects. The cup for the candle was missing and he fixed it. The first two pictures were taken without flash and the color seem more silvered than it looks actually, last two pictures. Searching on the web I found it is a WMF (http://www.zanida.eu/metalwork/wmf%20chamber%20stick_01.html ) though ours is not silver plated, thus probably it is the reason of the missing mark. As most of WMF the lines are the essential of Jugendstil. Thanks to every one for looking. Following the link given by Efesgirl I found another and love the description there http://www.cherubantiquesgallery.com/items/1306188/item1306188store.html
WMF (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik) naturalist leaf-form chamberstick. A stylized handle with reticulated Art Nouveau elements leads to a candle cup. Illustrated in the firms's well-known catalogue, page 116. Workshop marks beneath the candle cup, circa 1900. 6" L., 5 1/4" W.
Thanks again Efesgirl for your time.
This one has it's marks on the side of the handle:
