Do not know manufacturer of this clock, it has no writing on or it it.
It does have on an inside plate some numbers, but not known what they stand for.
At 10:00 postion -- 1166
At 4:00 position -- 02
At 6:00 position (behind the bell) --6
Belonged to my wife's parents.
