Stanley Cabinet and Hutch

I am grabbing these pieces today and I am in a panic as the owner said that the Stanley china hutch is one piece. Does anyone know if that is true? The set is about 35 years old. It does have a few screws in the front under the cabinet portion I am hoping that means that it will come apart. Does anyone out there have any idea??
