Not a Viking vase

I bought this vase at a local resale shop. I have a viking swung vase and this vase is completely different. This glass is much heavier and the base is completely different. Completely rounded bottom whereas all Viking I have seen have an actual base. Lots of tiny bubbles around the rim. I need help identifying the potential designer and time period. Thank you!
