Vintage Naval Jackets or Coats

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT THIS UNIFORM IS ! These 2 jackets or coats belong to me and I have no idea what they are or how old they may be. I inherited them from my father who was in the navy WWII and dont know where he found them. I am assuming they are US Navy. The long coat is very heavy and has the winged emblem and gold & blue ribbon on shoulder straps. The short coat is lighter weight and has the gold & blue ribbon and what looks like a 3 bladed propeller on both sleeves Both are in excellent condition. Both have the same gold buttons on them. If anyone can tell me what I have it will be appreciated greatly. Maybe someone can tell me who might be able to help me find any information on these coats. Thanks much
