A pair of lamps, now I.D'd. They are Glass Bodied, done in an embossed grass or leaf and stem pattern, raised in the Clear Case, with Sfumato Bullicante throughout. The hardware is of the highest quality. The bases are made of Machined Brass, the Socket hardware is "Wildwood" premium. Looking for I.D.

    UPDATE!
I.D.'d on 2/10/24 by a trustee of the West Virginia Museum of American Glass, who is also a Beaumont Glass book author. She saw my pair, and showed me a photo of her Beaumont Glass "Cased Glass Lamp", a working lamp in her home. Beaumont had same vases that were made in the same size as the lamp bodies with an embossed Grass/Leaf pattern, all the same. They have no real pattern name and are referred to as the "Beaumont Glass Cased Vases" and "Beaumont Glass Cased Lamps." Both Vases and Lamp bodies are 16" tall. I'm told they were very difficult to produce due to the process for producing the pattern within the glass layers and the size and weight of the glass. The pattern is sandwiched between an inner white liner and a thick outer clear case with the embossed pattern. This is a 100% identification. Vintage 1980.

    Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you Antiquerose for your efforts. These lamps have got me. Hope they turn out to be something. If so, I may have to get rid of my Falkenstein pair, can only have so many lamps around.

Thanks for the input to Katherine. I see the quality of the lamps on par with Murano, but the longer it goes without someone saying, "oh yeah, that's Murano", the more discouraged I get. I'm not there yet, still a believer. thanks for the kind words. D.

Greetings to all! It's been over 4 years with these lamps. I think I'm finally getting near an I.D. A knowledgeable friend of mine stated that, he thought there was a strong chance they are 1970's Murano. Stands to reason. The lamps have Sfumato Bullicante, Machined Brass Bases, Wildwood Premium Lamp Hardware and are Clear Cased with a Embossed Grass Motif. I'm hoping to solidify the I.D. on these two. If anyone has any thoughts about these, please opine. These are the ones that gave me the "lamp sickness" that I have been dealing with ever since. (Present lamp count, counting lava lamps, is 42) My thanks to all. Deano.
