French Print Engraving I beleive, Le Panier Misterieux

Here is a beautiful Print/engraving ?? This was found in an Consingment shop and just caught my eye. The right hand corner is R. Gaillard. What has me puzzled is that this is on a heavy board, which is Framed in wood behind glass, and it appears that it is some type of engraving due to the inner border lines going around the outside of the picture. Not an Art expert by any means but just something about this one. Any help with an explanation on the type of print this is and a possible date range would be greatly appreciated.
