J&J KOHN

I have this J&J KOHN bentwood chair that I bought quite a few years ago. Pretty sure it originally had a caned seat. When I purchased it, it already had an upholstered seat that was torn & ratty - red vinyl, horse hair & straw. I re-did the seat - couldn't afford to get it re-caned though. I did have it "appraised", again many years ago, and at the time was told it might be valued at $295.00. Just wondered if it might have increased in value and be worth more these may years later? Any information greatly appreciated. THANKS
